Title: where are the ex scios ?
Post by: Ididntcomeback on August 06, 2008, 07:35:27 PM
For those of you who don`t know...
Ex scios are silenced by the cult.
There are as many ways of doing this as there are
ex scientologists.

Any ex scio who contemplates joining the anonymous
protests risk being thoroughly victimized by the cult.

For example. someone who actually seeks a refund is
forced to sign a gag order as the final stage of their
long dragged out battle.

It has clauses like the one below;

"15.  Pertti Muhli agrees not to disclose the contents of this deed and
that in the event that any comment is made or is required to be made
concerning the terms of settlement that comment shall be only that the
parties have amicably settled their differences."

For the full gag order click here;

Previously the cult could pick off any detractors one at a time.
We all need to get the message out to ex scios that
if they all join the party at the same time, scio can`t possibly
take them on.

Their resources are already stretched to breaking point.

Got a call from a guy the other day.
He`s been out of scio for 30 years.
He got a call from LA and two from Flag.

I swear to you his contact details must have all
but disintegrated in the bottom of the dead files
in the basement.

PS. He told them he was not interested at all.

The following link is a Scientology staff member
life history form.

I dare anyone to fill it in honestly and put it
in the hands of their worst enemy.

Yet this is what ex scios have done.
It`s a nightmare .
Not only does it incriminate and embarrass
themselves it also places everyone they know
in the hands of blackmailers.

Here it is.

There is one bright point however.

In scientology lies are a sacrament therefore anything they say about a person from his sekrit confidential folder won't be believed any way.

You won't believe what they said about me - I'm very happy to say a lot of it was true!!!

Some things I just don't give a shit about!!  And neither should anyone out there who feels concerned.

Come on in - the water's fine

Before anyone does a scientology service they must
sign this enrollment form.

Essentially what the enrollment form says is...
"We can fuck you over in every way possible
and you have now contracted yourself out of
any form of redress."

Staff have orders not to allow the potential
signatory to leave the building with this contract.
ie. they can`t take it home and actually study it,
or seek advice .

After signing it , the next time the person sees it
is when they go in for a refund. Read it and weep !!!

and most scio agreements/contracts are totally unenforceable in law.

So don't pay them no heed!  Just leave, get out, skidaddle, exit, vamoose,

It's a lot easier out here than they would have you believe.

Send me a PM - I promise to keep your details private.  Tell me your story.

Well that was interesting!  One PM already!!

A word to all scientologists, especially staff.

"You have NOTHING to fear but fear itself" - I don't know who wrote that but in this case it's true.

The way out is through the door.  If you have knowledge of scio crimes bring the evidence with you.

If you need somewhere to lie low it can be arranged.

However NZ is not LA or Clearwater - it's not the wild west!  There are two TV programs primed to go.  One is already preparing and the other is waiting for one more NZ related incident.

What are you waiting for?

PM me - it's free!

On the subject of "freeloader" debts.

They are NOT enforceable - I repeat NOT.

You will only pay them IF you want to stay in scientology.  If you couldn't give a damn - just walk out and tell em to stick it where the sun don't shine.

They will not chase you for it.

If you had auditing or training in exchange for your labour then the contract is fulfilled in the eyes of the real law.  Only scientology wants it both ways - your labour and your money.  Beside what they gave your for "service" was probably valueless!

PM me if you want to know more

If you run now, and really feel brave, talk to Rocky and get involved with those TV pieces. Once NZ hears about the Scientology craziness and your face is public, there's no way Mikey or the COB will be able to touch you!

Regarding the two previous posts.
Correct and correct.

Ultimately, in the real world, none of  Scientology`s contracts
are enforcible.
The reason they are used is to intimidate. They put the signatory
at effect. And to give scio lawyers more ammunition.
As soon as any scientology  victim tries to seek redress, the cult
pulls out all the paperwork the victim has signed "of their own free will".

When a scio staff member gets hands on experience with what
the cult doesn`t want the world to know about them, the staff member
is presented with a contract , referred to as a Bond.
The staff member acknowledges that his access to these confidential
"trade secrets" has only been granted on the basis that he has
promised never to divulge anything about them to anyone.
There will be a $ figure stipulated as payable for any breach of the bond.
These bonds are unique to each new "trade secret" that the staffer
becomes privy to. These financial penalties are usually in the millions of dollars.

It isn`t uncommon for a Sea org member to have been bonded for around
60 million dollars and more. They never take possession of their copies.

So when a scio victim tries to blow the whistle, scios lawyers
can get a court order served on them for breaching the bond.
Presently Gerry Armstrong is fined $50,000 for every utterance
of the word scientology per person, per utterance.
That`s why is has left the legal jurisdiction of the USA, and
is living in Canada.

Getting the agreement lifted can be time consuming and costly.
And they have a pile of them ready to follow.

Does this help to explain why you don`t see Rinder, and others
rushing to the media....

My series of posts here have been to help educate people
about how difficult it is for ex scios to come forward.
It`s not that scientology`s bonds are inescapable.
It`s often that the ex scio feels overwhelmed.

By us all having an empathy for what an ex scio is
facing... we become irresistible.
When we have enough of them we can say the words that
sends scientology into a frenzy....

"Class action Law suit."  definition :
Charges advanced in a court by one or more plaintiffs on behalf of a large group of others who have a common interest.
