Hello, followers of Scientology. We Anonymous realize you have the right to view our forum.

We direct this message to you in good faith, with hopes that you better understand our motivations. Anonymous differentiates the actions of the leaders of your church from yourselves, and therefore wishes to assist you in this critical time. We ask that you take a moment to consider our message.

The Church of Scientology promises you the study of truth, and the better understanding of life. The Church promises personal salvation and the betterment of one's self. It strives for evolution to a higher state of being. These are goals most individuals have always endeavored for, but rarely attain.

So we ask you, have you ever considered why monetary assets are required to achieve this cardinal step of evolution? If Scientology is capable of bringing mankind into a new way of being, then why must its followers provide large sums of currency over extended periods in order to progress through the ranks of better understanding? An advanced society would recognize the importance of knowledge, and freely provide it to all those who wish to seek its bounty. Scientology leaders act against this doctrine, and vigorously fight to keep materials from public view. These actions only serve to benefit the leadership of Scientology, and not its followers.

The Church of Scientology has also been known to ask its followers to sever ties with friends and family when they are not also members of the church. We ask you to consider this, and why this segregation must occur in order for its followers to improve ones self. Family and friends provide a strength that others cannot, and would be an important asset in the effort of self improvement. Scientology leaders discourage this, because they do not wish you to discuss the practices of the church with outsiders. These actions only serve to benefit the leadership of Scientology, and not its followers.

Another critical issue is the legal history of the Church of Scientology. The church often refutes these illegal practices, and informs its followers that any such information is a fabrication, created to discredit the church and its members. But we ask you, have you ever investigated these claims for yourself? There are many official documents available which confirm the involvement of the Church of Scientology and its members in the very crimes it denies. One example is Mary Sue Hubbard herself, who pleaded guilty and was convicted of conspiracy against the United States of America, during "Operation Snow White".

The Church of Scientology is also known for its strong oppression of critics. We ask you, why would an organization striving to improve mankind feel the need to silence and discredit those who oppose its views? Such policies are not congruent with the publicly established goals of Scientology, nor are they the actions of an enlightened group.

The leadership of the Church of Scientology does not wish you to know of these kinds of events, but we ask that you examine these actions and the many accusations against the Church of Scientology, and come to your own conclusions of their legitimacy. Not doing so only serves to benefit the leadership of Scientology, and not its followers.

We conclude this message to reinforce our position of guidance and support to the followers of the Church of Scientology. If you are one of the many living in fear of the church, for your free-thinking or your desire to leave, then now is your time to assist in the movement against your oppressors.

Knowledge is free.

We are Anonymous.

We are Legion.

We do not forgive.

We do not forget.

Expect us.

Awesome post buddy.

Can I just add that the money being extorted
off scientologists these days isn`t only for
their bridge. Now scientologists are funding real estate
investments for unknown, to them, beneficiaries.

Do not donate another cent to "The Ideal Org" until
you are given a copy of the Deeds to the property.
Then google the actual owner`s name.

I think any scn who believes in what David Miscavige is doing should start their own religion and call themselves Miscavigigists.  David Miscavige isn't about Scientology as a religion anymore.  He's about money, greed and power, and as you scns have recently seen, blatantly lying to the media and to the world.

Some scientologists still believe in the tech and that it works.  Some still quietly practice it, in such things as 'making it go right', auditing and other areas of positive thinking and sensible organisation skills within businesses.  But nothing lrh ever wrote supports the greed and absolute domination over scn that David Miscavige has right now.  Domination over YOU.  Domination over whether YOU can continue practising your beloved religion.  Domination over the assets and buildings owned by the cult.

YOU are supporting DM's high-flying life-style.  His day at the races, on his yacht.  YOU, Mike, Nigel and others.  You work your butts off and drive around in your crappy little cars, hoping like hell it'll get its next warrant without needing a new set of tires, while DM parades around in his jet, or his Merc or whatever else he so wishes.

You guys can have your religion.  That's not the issue.  The issue is the rights abuses against current and former members, the corruption and the lies.  Look here.  Scientologists are now jumping on the bandwagon against DM and it's time for you to look and see what it is you really want to achieve with your religion and whether its happening for you.

Much Love

Genny

Take a sober look at what you have signed !!!

Church of Scientology
Flag Service Organization
(hereinafter referred to as "the Church")
Agreement and General Release
Regarding Spiritual Assistance

1. I, ___________________________________, recognize, acknowledge and agree that I am exclusively responsible for my present and future condition in life and for the choices and decisions I make affecting my life. With that in mind, and solely of my own volition and in the independent exercise of my own free will, I am voluntarily signing and submitting to CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY ___________________________________ (hereinafter the "Church") this AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE REGARDING SPIRITUAL ASSISTANCE (hereinafter this "Contract") so that, upon its acceptance by the Church, I may participate in Scientology Religious Services and spiritual assistance under the terms, conditions, covenants, waivers and releases I agree to by signing this contract, and by doing so, I specifically acknowledge and reaffirm all other waivers, releases and agreements I have signed with any Church of Scientology.

2. This contract is my statement of my personal understanding concerning Scientology religious tenets and my statements reflecting my own beliefs and desires. By signing this Contract, I recognize, acknowledge and agree that:

a. Scientology is a religion, the Church is a church of the Scientology religion and all the services and activities of the Scientology religion are exclusively religious in nature.

b. Scientology is unalterably opposed, as a matter of religious belief, to the practice of psychiatry, and espouses as a religious belief that the study of the mind and the healing of mentally caused ills should not be alienated from religion or condoned in nonreligious fields. I am in full agreement with this religious belief. I do not believe in or subscribe to psychiatric labels for individuals It is my strongly held religious belief that all mental problems are spiritual in nature and that there is no such thing as a mentally incompetent person-- only those suffering from spiritual upset of one kind or another dramatized by an individual. I reject all psychiatric labels and intend for this Contract to clearly memorialize my desire to be helped exclusively through religious, spiritual means and not through any form of psychiatric treatment, specifically including involuntary commitment based on so-called lack of competence. Under no circumstances, at any time, do I wish to be denied my right to care from members of my religion to the exclusion of psychiatric care or psychiatric directed care, regardless of what any psychiatrist, medical person, designated member of the state or family member may assert supposedly on my behalf. If circumstances should ever arise in which government, medical or psychiatric officials or personnel or family members or friends attempt to compel or coerce or commit me for psychiatric evaluation, treatment or hospitalization, I fully desire and expect that the Church or Scientologists will intercede on my behalf to oppose such efforts and/or extricate me from that predicament so my spiritual needs may be addressed in accordance with the tenets of the Scientology religion.

c. As I so strongly disagree, as a matter of religious principle, with the use of psychiatric treatment for anyone, including myself, I reject the usage of psychiatric labels and I believe in assisting individuals through religious and spiritual means. Therefore, I am hereby specifying that should I get into a situation in the future, unlikely as it is, where others may think that I need psychiatric treatment of any kind, that I instead desire to receive Scientology spiritual assistance and that it can include, but is not limited to, the Introspection Rundown. Further, I realize that in the future it may consequently be suggested by a senior Scientology minister, should the need arise, that I receive such spiritual assistance, and again, I want to make it clear that under such circumstances I desire to receive Scientology Spiritual Assistance, which may include, but not be limited to, the Introspection Rundown.

d. The Scientology religion teaches that the spirit can be saved and that the spirit alone may save or heal the body, and the Introspection Rundown is intended to save the spirit. I understand that the Introspection Rundown is an intensive, rigorous Religious Service that includes being isolated from all sources of potential spiritual upset, including but not limited to family members, friends or others with whom I might normally interact. As part of the Introspection Rundown, I specifically consent to Church members being with me 24 hours a day at the direction of my Case Supervisor, in accordance with the tenets and custom of the Scientology religion. The Case Supervisor will determine the time period in which I will remain isolated, according to the beliefs and practices of the Scientology religion. I further specifically acknowledge that the duration of any such isolation is uncertain, determined only by my spiritual condition, but that such duration will be completely at the discretion of the Case Supervisor. I also specifically consent to the presence of Church members around the clock for whatever length of time is necessary to perform the Introspection Rundown's processes and to achieve the spiritual results of the Introspection Rundown. I understand, acknowledge and agree that the Introspection Rundown addresses only the individual's spiritual needs and I freely consent, without reservation, and without condition or limitation, to Church members conducting the Introspection Rundown, and that I accept and assume all known and unknown risks of injury, loss, or damage resulting from my decision to participate in the Introspection Rundown and specifically absolve all persons and entities from all liabilities of any kind, without limitation, associated with my participation or their participation in my Introspection Rundown.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS CONTRACT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS AND CONSEQUENCES. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SPIRITUAL ASSISTANCE UNLESS I SIGN THIS CONTRACT. WHILE IT IS UNLIKELY THAT I WILL EVER BE IN A CONDITION WHERE PSYCHIATRIC INTERVENTION MAY BE DEEMED AN OPTION, I HEREWITH REAFFIRM THAT IN SUCH AN EVENT I WISH TO RECEIVE ONLY SCIENTOLOGY SPIRITUAL ASSISTANCE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE INTROSPECTION RUNDOWN, AND THAT THIS CHOICE IS AN INDEPENDENT EXERCISE OF MY OWN FREE WILL. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING BELOW, I AM FOREVER GIVING UP MY RIGHT TO SUE THE CHURCH, ITS STAFF AND ANY OF THE RELEASEES NAMED IN THE GENERAL RELEASE I SIGNED, FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE SUFFERED IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SCIENTOLOGY RELIGIOUS SERVICES OR SPIRITUAL ASSISTANCE.

I sign this Agreement and General Release Regarding Spiritual Assistance on this __ day of _________, 20__, intending to be legally bound to it, and request that I be permitted to participate in spiritual assistance.

Breaking the Sea Org Contract is now a Crime

Apart from Daniel Montalvo 3 others who've recently blown the SO in the US have also had police reports put in on them for theft, including JB, the theft charges are being automatically filed whether they know if anything was stolen or not. Obviously the extremely disturbed David Miscavige has decided that it was too much win to stop after the first time. I think we're going to see some new SPDs come out soon on the subject of criminality and departure justifying and supporting this purely insane development.

In the Scientology world it's at least an acceptable truth, sort of; they are actually stealing Sea Org property, themselves! Slave trade anyone?

So far Daniel has been the only one to need any back up in defense but the psychotic terror midget is still trying to nail others for their crime of leaving his little navy.

Maybe he thinks he can exhaust the critic and Indie community's will or means to help victims of his abuse. Only time can sort you out on that one Davey boy, NOTs won't help with that misconception!

This new tactic will only work with law enforcement for a short time too and then the backlash will look like Waco when the scam filters through the network of the normally malleable and less than razor sharp police force. The FBI is already aware of the cults human rights abuse even if the local desk sergeant in Keokuk isn't.

The Sea Org is a journey through the looking glass now.

In this group where you are lauded for forcing people to give up all the money they may ever own by using deception and where succeeding in coercing a newly wed couple to abort their babies brings you commendations. Forcing your juniors to work all night or denying staff a libs day for years on end makes you a *good* exec. Things like verbal tech, non compliance, down statistics or communicating with your family are signs of utter criminality. Leaving is as evil as a man can be.

They're in another world, and the Mad Hatter is running the show.

Sea Org members, especially those recruited while they were young buy this inversion of morality in it's entirety. Older, wiser people who shouldn't be so easily fooled still are. I know, I was one of them.

The current Miscavige use of this is that the Danial Montalvo arrest is being broadcast through the SO and RPF especially to all those wanting to leave and even those that might have a flicker of doubt in their eye. The message is clear; Blow and the church will put you in Jail we did it to Daniel and we'll do it to you.

Already, thanks to the long term indoc leaving and breaking an SO contract carries the worst punishment imaginable, not only are you likely to be declared and be damned for all of this lifetime and all others to follow it but you're also cut off from everyone you've known, your family and friends, who will despise you, and the whole world that you know.

Add to that you will now be wanted by the police, a fugitive wanted for a crime. No future in the the SO and a fugitive outside.

Welcome to David Miscavige in extremis.

The copulater.

Cop ya later!
