Seize the moment

« on: January 18, 2009, 12:13:59 PM »

Hey all you guise!  Roberto and I were in Sydney for this raid, and joined about 50 other crazy beautiful Anons to walk the streets of Sydney and raid outside two orgs.  It was the most EPIC day I've had for a long time.

Please look at asyd.org in the next day or so when the guise will be recovered from the raid to do some work on the film..... They raided from 11am until the banquet at 6.00, so it was a pretty big day for them.

They are the most amazing lovely people - all slightly quirky (understatement) and I met up with lots of ex-scis that I knew from when I was in.  Tried to appeal to SO parents to think about their children and GTFO of there.  Hope it worked!

Love you guise, and sorry not to have been there in Chch with you...

Got some great things planned for Feb.

What a coincidence. I was talking to the Sydney anons on IRC when I read this. Good stuff. Hope there were hugs given out.

You can have one of my internets!

Well done - saw on their post game report thread that they loved having you.

Also saw that 60+ syders Scis have left in recent months, and that Canberra is only looked after by two SO people.

Will Australia be the first CLEAR country?

And, like NZ, there are a lot of scis who are actually non-longer actively part of the organisation but who cannot publicly announce it due to family, business contacts/employees, fear of reprisals (or all three) and who just stay on the sci lists.

Before long there is going to be a landslide of exits!!!

Yep.  Roberto is right.

There are two vids up on ESMB

The one with the speeches outside the SO building hasn't been put up yet ...  It was an amazing feeling to be there.  Read the whole thread if you can as it's really empowering.

Love you Kiwi Anons
